All works for competition must conform to the purpose of the competition, and must not contain content of violence, crime, obscenity, bullying, hatred, discrimination, etc. that do not conform to universal values.
Participants need to register with items that match their age group; each participant can register for one to three competition items.
The content of the submitted work should be in line with the name and requirements of that competition item (for example, for “choosing a five-character quatrain” the content of the work must be a “five-character quatrain”).
Putonghua is required for all speech competition items; both simplified and traditional Chinese characters are accepted for the written items.

Participants may use appropriate props, music, and costumes to assist their performance when recording songs.
The images and videos of any recitation works must be the original files without any background music dubbed in.
Participants must report the name of the work and the name of the author before recitation. Participants can use modern pronunciation to recite an ancient poem. Participants can also recite an ancient poem using ancient Chinese pronunciation, and no points will be deducted in this case.
